Where to log in, what each part of the Walmart seller dashboard does, and how to reach Walmart seller support when something breaks.

Walmart Seller Center is the dashboard approved Walmart Marketplace sellers use to list products, manage orders, track payments and contact support. Many people search for "Walmart Seller Central" because that's Amazon's name for its version, but Walmart's is called Seller Center. The official login is seller.walmart.com. You can only sign in after Walmart approves your seller application.
Every version of this search, whether "Walmart seller login," "Walmart marketplace login" or "Walmart seller portal," ends up at the same place: seller.walmart.com. Type it in yourself or use a bookmark, and don't sign in through links in unexpected emails. Phishing pages that copy seller logins are common on every marketplace.
Margenos is not affiliated with Walmart and never asks for your Seller Center login. It works on public Walmart.com product pages.
The exact menus change as Walmart updates the platform, but the main areas of the Walmart seller hub stay the same:
| Area | What you do there |
|---|---|
| Items / catalog | Add items by matching existing listings or creating new ones, update prices and inventory, fix listing errors. |
| Orders | Acknowledge, ship and cancel orders; handle returns and refunds. |
| WFS | Create inbound shipments to Walmart warehouses and track fulfilled inventory. |
| Performance | Track on-time delivery, cancellations, response rate and your Pro Seller progress. |
| Payments | See payouts, reconciliation reports and fees. |
| Settings | Shipping templates, return settings, tax settings, users and permissions. |
| Advertising | Run Walmart Sponsored Search campaigns if you choose to. |
Two areas matter most for resellers. Performance decides whether you keep selling: falling short of Walmart's standards can lead to suppressed listings or a suspension. It's also where you track the metrics behind the Walmart Pro Seller badge. Payments is where you check what you actually earned after the referral fees and WFS fees.
Walmart seller support runs through Seller Center, not a public phone line. Walmart's own guide gives these steps:
Seller Center also has Marty, Walmart's AI assistant, for quick questions, and a search bar that pulls up Marketplace Learn guides.
There's no published direct phone number for seller support. Seller guides report that you can request a callback from the Help menu for some issue types, and that live chat is offered during business hours. Walmart's regular customer service line is for shoppers, not sellers, so it can't fix Seller Center problems.
Walmart's official training lives on Marketplace Learn (marketplacelearn.walmart.com). It has written help guides, FAQs and the Seller Academy, which offers short video tutorials and certification courses such as Getting Started on Walmart Marketplace, Listing Your Products, Getting Started with Walmart Fulfillment Services, and Optimizing Your Listings for Pro Seller Success. When a policy question comes up, Marketplace Learn is the first place to check because it's Walmart's own wording.
Tax settings and tax forms are handled in Seller Center:
Keep your own records too. Payout reports show what Walmart paid you, but not what you paid for inventory. Our guide to calculating Walmart profit shows how to put both together.
Walmart doesn't run a big public seller forum like Amazon's, so sellers go to Reddit communities about e-commerce and reselling, Facebook groups and YouTube. Those are useful for real-world experience: how long approvals took, which categories need approval, how a suspension appeal went. Treat them as stories, not policy. Rules change, and a post from two years ago may be wrong today. Check anything important against Marketplace Learn or a Seller Support case.
Seller Center tells you about your own listings and orders. It won't tell you whether a product you haven't bought yet is worth buying. That's the gap Margenos fills. Open any Walmart.com product with the Margenos Chrome extension and you see:
On your phone, the Android app does the same from a barcode scan. See the Walmart scanner app.

Yes, in the states on its marketplace facilitator list, which covers most states with sales tax. Walmart calculates, collects and remits the tax on those orders.
