Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Margenos, which is operated by Lemont Holdings LLC ("we", "us"). By using the app or the Chrome extension you agree to them.

What Margenos is

A research tool that helps Walmart Marketplace sellers evaluate products: it calculates Walmart's referral and fulfilment fees, shows sales figures where Walmart has published them, and lets you track products you are considering.

What our numbers mean, and what they do not

We take accuracy seriously and we want you to know exactly what each figure is resting on:

• Sales figures are shown when Walmart itself has published a purchase badge for that product, or when we have measured stock depletion directly. Where neither exists, the app says "not enough data" rather than estimating. It will not guess a number to fill the space.
• Badge-derived figures are floors extrapolated from one day. A product selling at that rate yesterday may not hold it all month.
• Slow-seller warnings are modelled, not measured, and are labelled as such in the app. They are right about 96.5% of the time on the products they speak about, and silent on the rest.
• Fees are calculated from Walmart's published schedule as of the date shown in the app. Walmart can change them without telling us. Confirm against your Seller Center before committing real money.
• Profit and ROI use the costs you enter. If you leave a cost blank the app shows a dash, not a zero.

Your account

• You are responsible for your login and for what happens under your account
• One account per person — do not share logins
• You must be 18 or older

Plans and payment

Margenos offers paid Pro, Plus and Elite subscriptions, billed monthly or annually until cancelled. Allowances reset on the first of each calendar month, UTC. Accounts created before September 23, 2026 keep the free tier they signed up with.

Every new subscription starts with a 14-day free trial. A card is added when the trial starts and nothing is charged until it ends; cancel before then and you pay nothing. The free trial is one per customer: if the email address or the card has already been used for a Margenos trial, the trial ends at signup and the first payment is taken right away.

You can cancel at any time and keep access through the period you have paid for. If the app is materially broken and we cannot fix it, email us — we would rather refund you than argue about it.

Fair use

Do not use Margenos to:

• Resell or redistribute our data as your own product
• Automate, script or scrape the app or its API beyond ordinary use
• Share one subscription across multiple people or businesses
• Do anything unlawful, or anything that breaches Walmart's own terms

The extension

The Margenos extension reads product data from Walmart pages you open. It does not browse on your behalf. You are responsible for your own compliance with Walmart's terms of service when using it.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running but do not promise uninterrupted access. Walmart may change its site or its data at any time, which can affect what the app can show.

Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, Margenos is provided as-is, and our liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it arose. We are not liable for inventory you bought, profits you did not make, or business decisions taken using the app.

Ending your account

You can stop using Margenos at any time. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, and will tell you why.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect.
